During this course, you will work through a series of progressive exercises aimed at building strength, improving mobility and restoring function to the core and pelvic floor. If you have an injury such as pelvic organ prolapse, diastasis-recti, leak pee, back pain, or are postpartum, this course is for you.

You will be taught all about common blind spots and compensations patterns that can really hinder core function and learn to optimize your core and pelvic floor to work reflexively. Homework will be provided to ensure you stay on track, both during and after the course.
