Back to Base is a weekend of dropping into movement that is intuitive and bolstered by skill and trust. Explore with Lauren Ohayon RYC® concepts using the CARE model as well as RYC® adjacent concepts using the DARE model. CARE classes will be focused and skill-based. Restore Your Core® Class Series Learn the tools to have a functional core and pelvic floor in this Restore Your Core® course. During this course, you will work through a series of progressive exercises aimed at building strength, improving mobility and restoring function to the core and pelvic floor. If you have an injury such as pelvic organ prolapse, diastasis-recti, leak pee, back pain, or are postpartum, this course is for you.
