AREEBA AAMIR

Certified RYC® Teacher, Women Health Physiotherapist

Islamabad Islamabad, Pakistan

Hi I'm Areeba Aamir , movement teacher and a specialised women health physiotherapist. I began my journey in the field of women's health physiotherapy with a strong passion for helping women navigate the challenges of pregnancy and postpartum recovery. After completing my studies, I eagerly entered the world of healthcare, determined to make a positive impact on the lives of women during this transformative phase. Over the years, I have had the privilege of working closely with diverse patients, witnessing the physical and emotional toll that childbirth can have on women. Through these experiences, I honed my skills as a compassionate and dedicated women's health physiotherapist, always striving to provide personalised care and support to each individual.

During my career, I remained committed to expanding my knowledge and expertise in the field. It was during this pursuit of continuous growth that I discovered the Restore Your Core (RYC) movement. The RYC method's emphasis on functional movement and core restoration deeply resonated with me, as it aligned perfectly with my belief in holistic healing and empowering women to rebuild their strength from within. I recognised the transformative potential of this approach and knew it was the missing piece I needed to better support my patients on their postpartum journey.

Becoming a certified Restore Your Core movement teacher has been a turning point in my career. It has allowed me to combine my specialised knowledge in women's health physiotherapy with the principles of RYC, providing a comprehensive and effective approach to postpartum recovery. What makes me appealing as an RYC teacher is my genuine empathy for my clients and my ability to connect with them on a personal level. Having experienced the joy and challenges of pregnancy and postpartum recovery myself, I understand the physical and emotional journey firsthand. This shared experience enables me to create a safe and nurturing space for my clients to explore their bodies, rebuild their core strength, and embrace their postpartum selves with self-love and acceptance.

As a Restore Your Core movement teacher, I am committed to uplifting and empowering my clients throughout their recovery process. I celebrate every step of progress, no matter how small, and encourage my clients to be patient and gentle with themselves as they navigate their postpartum healing. My classes are a blend of evidence-based practices, personalise ed attention, and unwavering support, ensuring that each woman feels seen, heard, and valued. Together, we embark on a journey of rediscovery, unlocking the potential for renewed strength and vitality within each individual.
