We live in a world that is constantly telling women what to do, how to be, what they need to look like, and which leaves very little space for women to find their own path. I’ve spent most of my adult life helping women gain trust in their body’s capability to do whatever it is they want to do. I believe strongly that joyful movement is for everyone, and I work with people of all ages, sizes, and abilities. While RYC® has helped me rebuild a functional core and given me the strength to pursue belly dancing and gymnastics, more than anything it has helped me develop a healthy relationship to my body. My desire to share this is why I have become an RYC teacher. In addition to my RYC® training, I’m also certified in Restorative Exercise by Nutritious Movement and Corrective Exercise by NASM. I have been working since 2016 to help people find more ease in their bodies, whether that’s healing from an injury, meeting their fitness goals, or just wanting to feel better in daily life. I’m privileged to get frequent referrals from massage therapists, chiropractors, and birthworkers, and am so excited to bring RYC® to my community.
