I am a Pediatric and Pregnancy Certified Chiropractor. I am a mom of an incredible son who was born at home. I live and work in Bloomingdale, IL. I found RYC during my own journey of healing from disc herniations in my low back and the postural dysfunction from leaning over to work on patients for over 20 years. The functional concepts and foundational movements resonated with me as a Chiropractor that always tries to get to the root of the issues and not just spot treat the pain. I started not only incorporating it into my life but into the care plans for my patients. This led me to pursue my RYC Teacher certification. I am certified in Webster Technique, Cranial Sacral Therapy, Acupuncture, and Body Ready Method. I use all my experience to help my patients not only with acute issues but with functional assessments and exercises necessary for long-lasting changes.
