Hi, I am Nicole. I’m an RYC Teacher, physical therapist, and nurse. I first met Lauren over five years ago and since then I am really been inspired by RYC ®️. I worked with RYC ®️ to heal my own body from different pains and from malfunction. In my studio, I meet people every day with so many different tensions in their bodies. I am passionate about supporting them, to have the tools to take back control, move and feel better in their lives. I am looking forward to meeting you.
