Sarah Purcell is a mother of 3 adult men, a grandmother of 2 and a lifelong learner. Sarah's journey through menopause and osteoporosis diagnosis in 2016 guided her to support women across the globe with healthy and empowered aging. She is a movement teacher whose work includes Pilates and yoga certifications as well as functional movement and strength training education. Sarah leads women online with an at home strength training program for women with low bone density. She also has two online memberships for women with osteoporosis. She volunteers as a moderator on the Bone Health and Osteoporosis Foundation (BHOF) discussion board as well as serving as an ambassador for BHOF. Sarah also serves on a national research review panel each summer to give the consumer's perspective on new research funding proposals for government grants. Her passion is to help women like herself who are dealing with a low bone density diagnosis and are seeking natural pathways to live a full and active life.
