What began as a journey to learn how to better support my body led me to become a movement teacher with a focus on core and pelvic floor wellness in 2015. I was struck by how often women were dealing with these issues alone - and it’s been my mission to end that! In my communities, I'm known for a supportive, whole body approach that combines smarts and clarity with fun. My goal is to empower you to become more functional, gain confidence in your body, and build strength. Sometimes we need some supportive direction in order to effectively tap into our body’s resilience. I’m here to help you do that!
