You will enable your students to go through the Restore Your Core® stages, move better, and have a body that is functional. Only those in the RYC® Teacher Training who successfully certify as RYC® teachers will:

Pro RYC® teachers are certified RYC® teachers who have been teaching RYC® for at least 6 months, meet certain teaching requirements, and want to teach RYC® workshops and assessments. The workshops are for both laypeople and professionals. We provide Pro teachers with all the marketing materials, class outlines, and an event listing on our site. They are also able to teach the 1-1 Assessments and receive all needed materials to do so. Teachers must apply and there is an annual fee to gain access to all of the materials and to be licensed to teach the workshops.
If you are enrolled in the RYC® Teacher Training, there will be a short test to demonstrate comprehension of material and philosophy. It is not pass / fail as everyone passes. It is simply a conversation to assure that you are clear on the materials. If you are enrolled in the RYC® Method Training, there is no test.
The "Teaching Movement Fundamentals course" is an 8-module online course for those in the RYC® Teacher Training to gain a deeper understanding of anatomy and movement. The topics of these 8 modules include: Sacroiliac Joint anatomy and function, Shoulder anatomy and function, "Tight Hips" Sequencing, General body reading and assessment, Finding your voice as a teacher, learning to listen, setting goals and expectations,  How to modify postures and exercises, How to sequence a group, private and themed class, and Business building.
You'll be required to renew your status on an annual basis for $30 per year. This fee covers being listed on the site,  access to the private RYC® teachers FB group, marketing materials, the teacher’s area, and Lauren promoting your events in her newsletter, her website, and on the RYC® Facebook group.
