You don’t have to have a background in yoga, pilates, physical therapy, personal training or massage to experience success in offering others the healing approach of RYC®.

The training will support you in creating a solid understanding of the body and movement through the cutting-edge lens of RYC®. You will finish the training capable, confident and successful in your teaching.

Through the RYC® Virtual Teacher Training you’ll:

1 Learn virtual assessments for the core & pelvic floor that don’t require internal exams.

2Gain an understanding of how the body is interconnected and why this is critical to pelvic floor health.

3Learn to work with clients using research based, effective and simple tools.

4Be equipped to teach 1:1 and group classes and how to adjust techniques for each offering.

5Receive support every step of the way that continues even when the training is over.

Virtual Teacher Training Details

Join us for 5 months of virtual learning, empowerment & community

1 Each month, there will be 2 lives, pre-recorded materials and a live Q/A.

2Lives are on Mondays, 1.30pm EST/6.30pm UK for approximately 2 hours. Recordings of all lives are available for replay.

3Each month we’ll look at a different area of the body, learning assessments and tools to use with your clients.

4You'll be assigned a partner to practice with and support you through the entire training.

5The training culminates with a 2-day intensive to showcase all that you’ve learned + tips and tricks to build your business.

Steps to Getting Certified

1 Register below.

2Ensure you have completed the RYC® 12-week online exercise program, including tutorials, prior to certification.

3Take an RYC ® Online Workshop or complete a 1:1 assessment with an RYC® Pro. This must be done within 3 months of the training end date.

4 Be engaged! Watch all pre-recorded content, read the manual, join live meetups or watch the replay.

5Pass "open book" module quizzes.

6Complete the Teaching Movement Fundamentals.

7Submit all practicum hours and case studies.
