“I've practiced yoga for almost 20 years and have occasionally pushed myself to injury. In RYC® Fit, Lauren's reminders to go at your own pace, or level up or down, have been extremely helpful for me and I've gotten functionally stronger.
I'm a huge fan of the Express classes—because even when I'm feeling slothful, I can almost always convince myself to move for 15 minutes (and then I feel a lot better and usually hit play on a second class). I love how even the specific body-part-focused classes are actually whole-body experiences.
And one last thing (clearly, I could go on...): I have chronic neck problems and headaches; I credit the shoulder, back, and thoracic spine classes in particular with *significantly* reducing my pain and headaches. It feels like a freakin' miracle, and I'm super grateful for these RYC® Fit tools!”
