Diversity, Equality and Inclusion at Restore Your Core®

RYC® Diversity

We at Restore Your Core® embrace the values of equality and diversity. As a company that provides education to women worldwide, we are committed to cultivating a community of diversity and inclusion regardless of race, color, religion, ancestry, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, age, citizenship, marital status, disability or gender identity. Racism, bigotry and hate will not be tolerated within our organization and we hold ourselves, our owners and our employees accountable to these values through our Standards of Professionalism.

Further, we are committed to providing equal employment opportunities within our organization. Our employees represent multiple ethnicities, races and creeds and stand together to celebrate diversity and do our part to end systemic racism in Women’s health.

Our organization will continuously strive to a higher standard through ongoing education and conversations both internally and externally on inclusivity, implicit/explicit biases, diversity, and equity.

We understand and acknowledge that the treatment of women in healthcare has always been problematic with Black women and women of color getting the disproportionate burden of higher maternal mortality rates, higher rates of preventable and chronic diseases – all while facing a lack of quality and affordable healthcare.

Restore Your Core’s mission is to offer women a model of care that empowers them with tools for the long run. Tools that foster confidence and body sovereignty. We feel that all women deserve access to this information.

In our continued commitment we will prioritize inclusion not only amongst our employees but also in the wider RYC® community starting with the Teacher Training Scholarship for Black Women. We will use our platforms to amplify marginalized voices in Women’s healthcare, and continue to promote equality and body sovereignty for ALL WOMEN. We will continue to be annual supporters of Loveland Foundation.

We will continue to listen, learn, reflect and work together towards equality in Women’s health and a future where all women feel safe, strong and supported.
