I know my body can heal.”

“RYC® is hands down THE most effective postpartum recovery program I have done, and I have tried them ALL. The focus is on teaching your body how to move/breathe properly while you're on the mat and on balancing and rebuilding your pelvic floor and the rest of your core, so you DON'T have to obsess about your breathe and movement for the rest of the day (unlike other alignment based programs out there)! It's slow and safe, and the cues are spot on to ensure you are doing the moves correctly, but don't let that fool you, it is incredibly challenging!
This program has made me stronger than I have ever been with years of exercise and weight training, even stronger than pre-babies.”

“I had a major tailbone issue for over 2 years combined with a tight pelvic floor and diastasis recti. Nothing I did ever was "enough" to get relief. Then I found RYC®! I signed up and can honestly say I felt a change immediately!
I started breathing more effectively, which I didn't even know I was having issues with, and my tailbone started hurting less. My diastasis recti closed up and I could feel my core activating. I couldn't believe it. All I can say is I haven't felt this strong, resilient or functional in over 20 years and it feels great!”

“I love RYC® Fit because it helped me stay fit while addressing my needs as a woman and mother of four! It kept me in shape before and during my pregnancy. I had much less back pain during this past pregnancy, and RYC® Fit has definitely played a large part in that.
I love Lauren's programs because I know I can trust her to guide me. I often have sciatica, SI joint pain, and Psoas tension, and Lauren's programs enable me to work out safely while challenging myself. RYC® Fit helps me build strength, feel good, and boost my overall well-being. For me, it's become key for my daily self-care. Thank you, Lauren and team RYC®!"

“I just started the 4th phase of RYC®, and I’ve seen so much improvement in my body. My diastasis recti gap is down from 4 fingers to less than 2.”

“I am 10 months postpartum and am in stage 4, basically I’ve completed the program but I’m still doing it because it still helps me so much. I have closed my DR about 90 percent & my prolapse is also better.”

“RYC® Fit offers so many options for whatever my body is craving—I can get sweaty or move slowly, focus on my entire body or just one specific body part. There’s so many great options.
Before RYC® Fit, I had a hard time getting motivated to exercise. But now I even get up before my family, do a video and move on with the day. It just feels so good!!”

“I started Restore Your Core® with a three finger diastasis recti and on and off symptoms of prolapse. Regular yoga classes or the gym seemed to produce injuries and physical therapy felt uninspiring. RYC® was the perfect balance of moving at a therapeutic pace but inspiring me to make progress day after day.
I got stronger with each stage and little by little my diastasis recti closed. Symptoms of prolapse eased as I got stronger and learned better movement patterns. I could not be happier with my results and even moved on to Challenge Your Core before heading back to the gym with strength, confidence and a renewed connection with my body.”

“I had no idea how much I would gain when I started RYC®. I love Lauren's teaching. I love the guiding principle that if you challenge your body in a way that is doable for where you are at today, you will build strength over time. This has 1000% been true for me and it feels amazing. My diastasis recti is much smaller and less deep than it was, but more importantly, I feel fit and confident that I can challenge my body in all the right ways.”

“I am in love with RYC® Fit. I was never an exercise person and I used to be petrified looking at different strength training programs, different types of yoga, etc, until I found RYC® Fit.
Once I started I realized exercising need not be a chore, it can be love, pure love. To move your body, to train your movements, and strengthen in so many different ways.
I am so very sure there is no other program with so much variety included even in a short 15 minute express class! I simply cannot start my day without RYC® Fit since I started 2 years ago! I am addicted!”

“RYC® explains the fundamentals of movement - and I finally understand that I spent so much energy compensating for core function with other body parts. Thanks to RYC®, I‘m now very close to getting back to my favorite activities.I can feel my core work during exercise and every day movements, and it even feels closer together around my hernia!
RYC® has taught me to work smarter, not harder.
At Stage 3 of the program, I feel so accomplished already—I can’t wait to see what Stage 4 brings!”

“I am obsessed with RYC® Fit. The flexibility of just being able to toss out my mat and pop on a workout that makes me feel great is absolutely the best!
So many to choose from and I love the search feature so that I can narrow down what areas and/or type of workouts I want for the day. I have been doing RYC® Fit for over 2 years and cannot imagine life without it!”

“There is no thank you big enough for Lauren Ohayon existing and thinking and helping so many of us. Every time I do something I never thought I’d do again she is part of the reason why.”

“Within the first 2 weeks, my prolapse symptoms were gone. Within 12 weeks, I felt strong again.
Within 6 months, my doctor confirmed I NO LONGER HAVE A PROLAPSE AND I was back to running, picking up my kids and all other activities.”

“Lauren Ohayon, whenever you say thank you at the end of your videos, I say thank you back, but you can't hear me. So, Thank you Lauren!!

“Without an ounce of drama, I can truly say that RYC® changed my life. With RYC® I learned to love and trust my body. To see and treat it like a wonderful part of who I am instead of like a broken pathetic taxi to carry my brain around in. I love my life. I live pain-free.
I have a truly functional core and no prolapse symptoms. I have strength and mobility in my joints. Last year I completed two 36 mile cycling races and I owe it all to RYC®. Are you a human?? Then you need this program!! Your body and soul will reap life changing benefits.”

“I love that I can check in with my body and whether it is telling me I need to stretch or strengthen or flow, RYC® Fit will have the class for me.
If my back is cranky or my shoulders or neck are tight, I can search for classes that can help me recover and they actually work.
It’s been empowering for me to know I have a platform I can turn to for all of these needs. Thanks Lauren Ohayon.”

“I started the program around 10 weeks postpartum and noticed improvements quickly. I finished the program by 6 months postpartum and was symptom-free well before then.
And now, at 9 months postpartum, I have not had a moment of symptoms in many, many weeks. I’m so grateful for this program and, as a pre and post-natal occupational therapist, recommend it to all of the women I work with.”

“My experience with RYC® started when I signed up for the "What the Psoas" course. It was the beginning of an education path that opened my eyes to a new level of how we use and move our bodies. since then, I kept on following up with Lauren, and took many courses, until I decided to start from the deepest point of the well. I signed up for the RYC® pro teacher training in September 2023. I am now finalizing my case studies to get them ready and submit them to get certified.”

“A week after my second child was born 17 years ago, I told my midwife it felt like something was falling out of my vagina. I was 34 years old at the time. She told me I’d need to do kegels every day for the rest of my life, and taught me how to do two different types.
I took a deep breath and resigned myself to my new daily exercises. I did them religiously every day. The kegels were holding things together pretty well, though I couldn’t ride a bike, rollerblade, or ice skate for a few years because the torque was too much on my pelvis - it hurt! Then after four years, I forgot to do my kegels one day when the flu ravaged my house and I had to jump out of bed to help crying and/or puking children when I would normally be doing my daily exercises. Things got surprisingly worse after just skipping one day. I doubled down on the exercises, and things again seemed to mostly hold together, though I did start having trouble with hemorrhoids, which I would “push” back in if they poked out. Then four years later, as I watched dementia take my mom, I realized that if I get dementia one day, there will come a time when I would no longer remember or even be able to do kegels every day. Then what? I was pretty sure my body would fall apart! I got curious. After having done kegels every day for 8 years, maybe my pelvic floor muscles were so strong I didn’t need to do them anymore. I was getting sick of doing them every day, and decided to experiment to see what would happen if I skipped. The results of skipping just ONE day were almost immediate and terrifying. I didn’t know what was going on, but I had lots of symptoms: pain in my pelvis (like pubic bone instability), a trickle when I needed to pee, and something bulging out of my anus. I was sure it was a rectal prolapse. I went to many doctors, none of whom seemed to know what was wrong with me, probably because it was just hemorrhoids that I would push back in after pooping so they never saw them. Then I didn’t push it back in so my gynecologist could see it. He confirmed it was a hemorrhoid, which probably became thrombosed (blood clot in the anus) because I didn’t deal with it right away that one time. That was very painful. He also diagnosed me with a mild cystocele (bladder prolapsing into the vagina). He didn’t think it would help, but said if I wanted he could refer me to a pelvic floor therapist. She was the ONLY medical professional who helped!! All the doctors with their poking and prodding only made things worse. She taught me why skipping one day had such immediate and devastating consequences: the pelvic floor muscles are different than the muscles in the rest of the body. “Normal” muscles develop fairly quickly with use, and atrophy fairly slowly. Pelvic floor muscles are the opposite – they lose their strength very quickly. She taught me a third type of kegel, fine-tuned my regime, and taught me that kegels are most effective when done standing. I had always done mine lying in bed until that point. With her help, I completely recovered from the cystocele, my pelvic bones regained stability, and I could pee like a champ. Hemorrhoids are still a problem every day, but with gentle pressure after pooping and cleaning, the blood empties from the anal veins. I kept that up for almost 8 more years. After getting my third COVID vaccine, I was completely fatigued and got a migraine so bad I could not do kegels. Trying to do them made the migraine too intense to bear. By that point, it had been 15.5 years since I’d given birth to my son. Again, the repercussions of skipping the kegels was immediate and drastic. My symptoms might have been made worse by a uterine polyp, a 1/2 dollar-sized fibroid, (both of which I had removed later that year), and the anemia that they caused from excessive bleeding. It felt to me like when your whole body is fatigued from lack of oxygen circulating in your body because you don’t have enough iron to carry it through your bloodstream, your pelvic floor muscles are also going to be fatigued. This time after I skipped my kegels I got a mild uterine prolapse and rectocele (rectum prolapsing into the vagina). The rectocele was most troubling to me – of the three prolapses, it was painful. The first time I “felt” it, it was as if something inside me gave me a quick jab to the back of my vagina. Ouch. The pressure lingered, but was not as intense as the "jab." I went to a new pelvic floor specialist (my original one had unfortunately moved away). She taught me that doing core and glute exercises are just as, if not more important than doing kegels every day. She said that with strong core and glutes, skipping a day of kegels now and again wouldn’t be devastating like it has been for me in the past. Around this time I was starting to notice that my prolapse(s) seemed to get worse around the time I would ovulate: I would get a very heavy feeling in my vagina. Doing a Google search to see if there was a link between prolapse and ovulation led me to the Restore Your Core® website, and I’m SO happy I found it!! More than the glute and core exercises my pelvic floor therapist had me doing, following Lauren’s exercises has helped me reverse all three of my prolapses. I still never skip my kegels, because I’m scared to. If I’m even a couple hours late, I feel a heaviness in my vagina, and do my kegels as soon as I can. I’m now 51 years old and since I turned 50, my body’s strength takes more work to keep up than it did before. I need Lauren’s workouts AND kegels to stay strong and hold everything together. My main goal is to avoid surgery, which I hope I’ll be able to do for a long time. Thank you Lauren, you are a life saver!!!!”

“I'm still buzzing from an amazing weekend at the Restore Your Core® workshop in London. It was healing on so many levels - not just the physical. Wonderful to spend time with an amazing community of women, sharing a special journey of wellness and transformation together. I learned more about my body in two days than I have in the 40+ years l've inhabited it! Thank you Lauren.”

“The RYC® workshop is a wonderful weekend of exploring and refining movements from the RYC® program, with added bonus content. Lauren's experience and expertise as well as hands on attention is invaluable. You are likely to come away knowing your blind spots and have the opportunity to watch Lauren work on other students, which as a movement teacher is an added bonus. All of this plus plenty of fun, support and care.”

“Restore Your Core® is a kick-ass wake up call! Even if you think you're super strong there is so much to be gained and learned from Lauren's program. RYC® meets you where you are; and where you are may surprise you, which is awesome.
Get ready to truly understand how your body is functioning, learn the tools to fix it, and be part of an amazingly supportive community that Lauren has built and is actively a part of.”

“RYC® Fit is one of the best things in my life really. Because it’ll get you moving on any crazy day, even if only for 15 minutes.
An amazing variety of classes in length, type and teachers to match any mood. And none of this would mean much without Lauren’s amazing ability to connect people in the best way possible.”

“I was diagnosed with a stage 2 uterine prolapse, stage 1 cystocele and a suspected rectocele last spring. I compete in rodeos and do a lot of horse riding. I hadn’t been able to do any of that for two years and was completely devastated.
Thanks to RYC®, I've been asymptomatic for a whole month now and my cervix has been in a much more normal position. I started riding my horse around the yard at a walk to build up to be able to ride a mile or so up the mountain for the deer hunt. On the opening day of the hunt, we found a destination that was 2 miles long, with the intention of me riding as far as I could and then hiking the rest of the way. BUT! I didn't have to get off and walk! I even went down a more rugged trail later in the day. I spent a total of 5 hours on my horse that day and not a single symptom.
Recovery is possible!”

“I am devoted to daily RYC® Fit classes! I love the ease of turning on a RYC® Fit class on my phone and being able to practice with Lauren anywhere! The classes are so diverse that I can always find one to suit my needs, mood, and limitations. It’s the best workout platform I’ve ever used and I’ve looked forward to it everyday for the past 2.5 years!”

“I’m 14 months postpartum, had a grade 3 bladder prolapse and struggled a lot with pain in various joints… due to the pandemics, I did an online rehab course, where we were supposed to do jumping jacks in week 3. Didn’t feel right. Then I found RYC®. I started doing it and my symptoms started to get better. I could bend over again, I could walk longer without that “falling out” feeling, and I learned SO MUCH about my body!! Now I run with my little one on the street and jump gently on the trampoline—it feels so good!”

“RYC® Fit is amazing! It's so easy to find a video that suits my mood. I can choose something fast or slow, strong or light, long or short. When I'm not feeling like exercising I press play while still wearing my normal clothes and often I get so into it I decide to change into workout clothes in the middle of the video!
With 2 young kids it's so nice being able to squeeze in an exercise in whatever spare time I get. No need to drive to the gym or make a specific class time. I've been getting so much stronger that I just upgraded my weights!”

“When I was first diagnosed with prolapse, I was scared to do just about everything because I didn’t want to make things worse.
Restore Your Core® gave me the permission I needed to move again, the grace to meet my body where it’s at, and tools to support my body holistically. The supportive and helpful community is the cherry on top, and I’m grateful to be a part of it.”

“RYC® Fit is so much more than an exercise program. It's a mindset, a philosophy of movement. It's changed the way I think and feel about exercise, about my body, and about myself. I workout almost daily, and for the first time in my life (I'm 36) I have found something I don't hate, and that I can stick to.
I'm so much stronger than I've ever been. It's helped a lot with the chronic tension and pain I've had for years. Unlike most of the fitness world that thrives off of comparison and shame, RYC® Fit is all about being accepting of your body at every stage of life and fitness.
To say RYC® Fit has changed my life may seem dramatic, but it's actually an understatement. I can't recommend it enough!”

“My daughter was born in August 2021. I was active before and during my entire pregnancy. When my doctor cleared me at 6 weeks, I returned to biking, weight lifting, running, etc., with no regard for my core or pelvic floor (as I was unaware of what could happen).
At 16 weeks postpartum, I was blindsided with a diagnosis of pelvic organ prolapses and diastasis recti. I began searching the internet and (thankfully) found RYC®. I began RYC® on January 1, 2022, and have never looked back!
After completing RYC®, I am asymptomatic, have increased mobility, am more relaxed, and I can even go on a walk around our neighborhood with my family (1.25 miles!). RYC® has given me a community of support and an abundance of hope. I know that without a doubt I will continue to use RYC® on a regular basis for my whole life!
Mobility and bodily autonomy are invaluable and I have found such a wealth of information through RYC®.”

“There are so many reasons why I'm full of gratitude for RYC® Fit – it's Lauren's (and other teachers’) intelligent approach to movement, it's Lauren's personality and humor and the way she connects with and cares for people, it's the amazing various class types – I love flow and restorative classes the mostIt's the fact that I can do a class in 15 minutes or choose something more in depth, and it's just so easy to press play and get moving.
I can find a fun playlist of classes, look at my favorites list or history of classes, or easily search for a class to meet my specific needs. Also, shout out to the support and web development team – they're always improving things and responding to any maintenance needs that come up! Awesome customer support and platform development.
At the end of the day, despite integrating lots of outdoor movement and more time at the gym and whatever else I have going on, I always come back to RYC® Fit.”

“I came to RYC® after being a competitive runner, marathoner, and yoga enthusiast. After my third child, my body was disconnected parts working independently instead of a cohesive unit around a strong core. I had stress incontinence and pain with sex, even though I was still relatively fit and trim on the outside.
For some time, my ego kept me from slowing down and focusing on healing because the call of the intense workout was so loud and familiar. But RYC® has taught me SO much. I have come to the realization of where my need to shred comes from (a feeling of unworthiness to simply be and heal) and I have started to unravel the meaning behind how I ended up where I am physically. Besides the psychological stuff, the workouts are badass.
I would encourage you to gift yourself the time to slow down, dial in, and focus on healing. Your body and mind will be all the better for it.”

“The other day I started my RYC® Fit workout and thought how different this is from any other class (online or in-person group class).
I feel Lauren is right there with me, encouraging me, helping me understand correct form, plus I feel safe! (Also the other RYC® teachers too!) I worked with a trainer earlier in the year, he said my form was always spot on, he even asked me how I learned it and wanted to video me for examples! Credit to RYC® Fit!”

“I was devastated when I was diagnosed with a stage 2 cystocele after the birth of my second child. Over a year postpartum, I was still unable to go for a walk around the block without feeling it. I sunk into depression and wondered if my bladder would fall out every time I lifted my baby. My OB assured me it would not actually fall out, but offered me no help.
I stumbled upon RYC® and decided to take a chance on it. I had previously tried other online "pelvic floor therapy" programs, and all they did was worsen my symptoms. I was skeptical but felt I had nothing to lose at that point.
I worked through RYC® and gradually felt myself grow stronger. The change from start to finish, and now over a year later, has been amazing. My baby is now a 25+ pound toddler. I am back to pre-baby activity levels: running, cycling, rowing, and hiking — some of which involves carrying the toddler. I cannot remember the last time I felt any symptoms of my cystocele — I have had none since completing RYC®. This program truly gave me my life back and I am forever grateful.”

“I've practiced yoga for almost 20 years and have occasionally pushed myself to injury. In RYC® Fit, Lauren's reminders to go at your own pace, or level up or down, have been extremely helpful for me and I've gotten functionally stronger.
I'm a huge fan of the Express classes—because even when I'm feeling slothful, I can almost always convince myself to move for 15 minutes (and then I feel a lot better and usually hit play on a second class). I love how even the specific body-part-focused classes are actually whole-body experiences.
And one last thing (clearly, I could go on...): I have chronic neck problems and headaches; I credit the shoulder, back, and thoracic spine classes in particular with *significantly* reducing my pain and headaches. It feels like a freakin' miracle, and I'm super grateful for these RYC® Fit tools!”

“I love RYC® Fit SO MUCH. I use it mostly for strength and for maintenance after RYC®. I love that I can pick if I want to focus on my core, my arms, my hips, etc.
I love that there are classes for when I want to kick some ass and classes for when I am exhausted and just want to lie down (supine strength is a fave for that). All of the teachers are warm and have a good sense of humor. I use RYC® Fit 3-4 times a week and it's the best way to start my day.”

“RYC® Fit is great for whatever my body needs each day. I love how the classes are organized to easily find just what I'm looking for. If I want an upbeat cardio or strength class, or I need something slower or more restorative—RYC® Fit has them all!”

“I am lucky enough to call Shona Bohmer (RYC® teacher and community director) my friend. I had a busy massage therapy practice, & after Shona introduced me to the basics of RYC®, I heartily recommended the program to clients & friends for years, particularly for back pain.
When my bladder started giving me grief, I tried all kinds of therapies & techniques, & was finally told that a bladder neck lift surgery was my best option. I am terrified of this surgery. I had a client whose life was practically destroyed when this same surgery did not go well. She was in constant pain, and her bladder was no better. When Shona told me about the benefits of RYC® to stress incontinence, I pounced! It took several months of restricting myself to just the RYC® 12-week program & walking, but I’ve had amazing results!
I use the RYC® FIT program daily now, but still go back to the classic classes from the 12-week program here & there…that is the key for keeping my bladder happy. I have a tendency to overdo it with workouts in general… this gentle work is essential to maintaining balance! The Ab Vacuum Protocol helps me a great deal as well. Take heart, my weak bladdered sisters! I was to the point where I couldn't go for a walk without peeing my pants (a LOT, not a little)… I assure you recovery is entirely possible! Just have patience, do the whole program & don’t skip the tutorials! Lauren is a goldmine of knowledge & experience. You won’t be disappointed. ”

"I know... Function over looks, I figured Mother's Day was a good day to re-measure. When I first started measuring I was 32.5 at belly button. I now measure waist and hips, but today, my belly button was 28.5"! So awesome! The Restore Your Core® program is working for me!"

"Just started RYC® Core/Flow 3 yesterday. I'm starting to notice that the longer I do RYC®, the more aligned I become. Had a whole day of barely feeling my prolapse :). Lauren, I'm pretty sure this is my answer - Alignment actually works!"

"Recently purchased Restore Your Core® and can't express enough how much I love it! In just a couple of days, I am feeling and seeing changes. I have been a Yoga teacher for 13 years. ...Lauren Ohayon's program is infusing my personal practice with the missing pieces for my body."

"Before RYC® I used to think that, when you have a diastasis recti, you are doomed to do very few boring exercises, that you have to close your gap, and that you should avoid lifting weights and doing cool stuff. None of this is true: RYC® has taught me to move my body correctly in every movement I do, and I can finally practice different sports knowing the variations that will not put my core at risk, plus I can lift my heavy children without feeling pain!"
