This platform is not a rehab program, if you are looking for one we strongly

Every class will vary in time. You will be able to choose from a bunch of different workouts that fit your schedule and range anywhere from 15-45 minutes.
What you need will depend on the class you are doing. For the most part all equipment can be substituted with something you probably already own. For example, a mat, a half roller, and a strap, can be replaced with a blanket or towel, a pillow, and a belt. Generally a set of light and medium weights, an exercise loop, a block, blanket.
Cardio, strength, restorative and flow classes that will vary in intensity. We also feature playlists curated with our users in mind that target specific areas and discomforts.
We feature 70+ workouts at a time with new classes by Lauren and various teachers uploaded every so often to keep the content fresh and new! Each month will also feature new playlists curated with classes that tackle specific areas and discomforts.
It is but it should not be confused with a core / pelvic floor rehab program. If you require that, Restore Your Core® is the ideal program. If you are recovering from core and pelvic floor issues and feel comfortable knowing how to workout - then yes!
Yes, your membership can be cancelled at any time. Once you cancel, your access to Prime will continue until the end of the billing period, then it will be closed with no renewal charge.
