Movement has always been a huge part of my life, my hobby. I have devoted many years to riding horses and enjoyed other sports including biking, running, swimming and also pilates, yoga, and dance. However, in my late twenties, I found myself in a place of constant back pain and immense upper body tension as a result of some horse riding-related injuries and my suboptimal core function. As I was seeking help and guidance, the only answer I got was that I should just deal with it and keep coming for manipulations and releases regularly due to my hypermobility and poor posture. I felt broken but didn´t want to give up. So I started my journey studying movement to help my own body. I trained as a yoga teacher, rehab trainer, and DNS trainer and gathered many pieces from various workshops and courses, and started to see great changes in my body. When I encountered Restore Your Core, I finally found permanent relief from my troubles and I knew immediately that I wanted to do the teacher training to be able to share this treasure with my students. All the bits and pieces I learned over the years finally integrated and I can now see movement through a more holistic lens. I am grateful for feeling stronger than ever now after giving birth to two wonderful human beings. I love to explore movement options and am passionate about guiding women on their own healing journeys.
