I've been a Sexual Wellness Coach since 2016 and I've worked with so many women whose pelvic floor issues affected their sex lives negatively. I was searching to expand my toolbox with more practices to support my clients. I stumbled onto RYC through Lauren's IG page and fell in love with her holistic, no-BS approach to pelvic health.
