I have been teaching movement in a variety of ways for almost 20 years to and have been an athlete my whole life. After having my three babies and having to admit that my core was really compromised I felt broken and had to give up some of the activities I love the most. Learning how to heal my own body has made me stronger in so many ways and I am so thrilled to share that with others. I am level one Body Ready Method certified and teach RYC® and incorporating all of this into my personal training has made me a better trainer. I love working in person but also adore how video sessions allow us to connect from all over and make working together so convenient. I have three awesome big kids and my husband is in the US Navy so we are constantly on the move and love living and learning in different cultures and settings.
