I work as a physiotherapist specializing in pelvic floor rehabilitation. I'm passionate about natural health and conscious movement. I've always had a holistic view of the body, but I felt my training lacked the ability to integrate the body as a whole, to truly embody it. I'm a fan of anatomy and fascia, and I love discovering how the body is a powerful tool for accessing nervous system regulation, discovering different patterns, and healing.

I discovered Lauren on social media, and after attending a few workshops and the Floor to Core training, I decided to join RYC professional training in 2024. Personally, over time and having given birth twice, I felt increasingly stuck in my own body, even though I tend to be hyperlaxe. It was a perfect opportunity to continue exploring my body and my own patterns and blind spots, and to combine all of this with my professional training. I now feel much more secure and comfortable in my body, even though it's a constantly evolving process. This is what I want to convey to my clients.

I also had a desire to reach more people and help them feel empowered in their bodies, which led me to consider teaching group classes. The teacher Training gave me the confidence to go for it. So, here I am, integrating RYC Method tools into my private physiotherapy practice and teaching RYC group classes, mostly inspired class. And I’m so grateful for it!
