I’ve been passionate about movement for a long time and first became a Certified Pilates Teacher Matwork. I first found Lauren on Instagram, immediately fell in love with her and the way she teaches. , Since it seemed to match so well with the way I teach, and since I wanted to know all about core and pelvic floor, I pretty quickly decided, that I wanted to become an RYC teacher, because I loved everything about the concept. I love workin with women from postnatal recovery to post-menopause and offer different movement classes to support women’s health.
