I first fell in love with movement when I discovered dance at the age of 5, and today you will find me at my most joyful teaching movement to others. My classes focus on curiosity and playful enquiry, empowering people to learn how to move efficiently and exercise smartly. I believe in accessible and sustainable movement for ALL bodies, and I specialise in pregnancy, postnatal, and core and pelvic floor health, as well as working with those in rehab from injury and pain. My happy place is connecting with clients at a somatic level, helping them to discover A-HA moments as they find new ways to move better, breathe better, finding not only their physical strength but building their emotional and mental resilience alongside too.
