Hi, I'm Sumita. I found RYC for my own core and pelvic floor issues and fell in love! I want all women to feel strong and comfortable in their bodies. My background is as an Occupational Therapist and I'm trained to take a holistic, client centered approach to health and wellbeing. My goal is to help you achieve your goals, to help you feel strong in your body and empower you to feel confident to live your life to the fullest. I run small group classes, one on one appointments and sessions over Skype.
