Hi, I’m Vanessa! After years of chronic pain and nagging injuries, I stumbled on the concept of gentle self-massage to support the body’s fascial system. I was amazed at how quickly I started experiencing more ease in my own body, and I wanted to be able to share my knowledge with others. Starting in 2013, I trained in several modalities including MELT Method and Roll Model. Desiring to help people, even more, I wanted to find a movement modality that would complement fascial massage that also aligned with my values. Restore Your Core® does that and more. Not only does RYC® help to identify movement patterns and blindspots without dogma, RYC® helps women feel more empowered in their bodies and life. For over 20 years, I’ve also enjoyed working as an American Sign Language interpreter and teacher of the Deaf. When not teaching, I enjoy camping, hiking, and playing outdoors with my young son.
