About Barbora Opršalová
Movement has always been a huge part of my life — from horse riding and mountain biking to hiking, dance, and more. However, in my twenties, I found myself struggling with chronic back pain and intense upper body tension. I spent years trying different doctors and physical therapy, with little progress beyond repeated chiropractic adjustments. I felt broken, weak, and fragile.
Deep down, though, I knew movement was the answer. That realization led me on a journey of studying movement modalities and learning to better understand my hypermobile body.
I trained as a yoga teacher, rehab trainer, and DNS trainer. But it was after the birth of my second child that I discovered RYC and finally began to experience lasting relief — feeling my core engage reflexively and my pelvic floor release tension it had held for many years.
RYC teacher training helped me connect all the pieces of my knowledge and see the human body through a more holistic lens. Alongside teaching group classes that combine RYC and yoga, I also offer 1:1 sessions and consultations focused on the core, pelvic floor, and functional foot.
I love exploring movement and am passionate about guiding women on their own healing journeys.
