Hello! My journey with Restore Your Core began when I came across Lauren's work online. I was immediately drawn to her movement-based approach. What resonated with me the most was her holistic approach, demonstrating how movements in one area affect the entire body and how everything is continuous and connected. Regular RYC sessions enhanced my strength and helped with my core and pelvic floor challenges. It was truly transformative!
After experiencing the benefits of the RYC program, I felt compelled to share these techniques so that others can benefit too. In 2021-22, I completed the RYC Teacher Training, which deepened my knowledge and understanding of the RYC principles.
I love integrating RYC techniques to help individuals with acute and chronic injuries. I aim to educate people of all ages to move mindfully, empowering them to find the strength that supports their daily lives while preventing reinjuries.
