Hey, this is Alfiya and I am a Physical Therapist (Musculoskeletal and Sports), based in India. I have been practicing rehabilitation and movement training for 10+ years. I am certified in Therapeutic Pilates and Franklin Method Level 1. I attended one of Lauren"s workshops she conducts from time to time for professionals, I loved it so much that I decided to do my RYC training then and there. Rehabilitation of chronic and/or stress-related musculofascial dysfunctions is my forte. Drawing from my many years of experience in movement practice and patient handling my sessions and classes are engaging, enlightening, and healing.
