“My diastasis is closed, my prolapse symptoms are gone. I can lift heavy again, I can jump without leaking, sex isn’t painful anymore, and I’m stronger— not only physically, but mentally! I know my body can heal.”
“I dug a new garden bed yesterday, I stirred in a healthy bunch of heavy wet compost. I felt strong and capable during the whole experience.”
“Within the first 2 weeks, my prolapse symptoms were gone. Within 12 weeks, I felt strong again.
Within 6 months, my doctor confirmed I NO LONGER HAVE A PROLAPSE AND I was back to running, picking up my kids and all other activities.”
“I packed over half of the house up. By myself! My core is working awesome. No prolapse symptoms and feeling my core corset when I lift.”
“I’ve learnt how to listen to my body, the importance of building strength and tolerance over time, of how to tune in and adapt rather than push through. Oh, AND I can run again!”
“I love RYC®’s inclusive plus holistic approach. So positive. It’s a wonderful program that offers hope and a joyful community.”
“Without an ounce of drama, I can truly say that RYC® changed my life. With RYC® I learned to love and trust my body. To see and treat it like a wonderful part of who I am instead of like a broken pathetic taxi to carry my brain around in. I love my life. I live pain-free.
I have a truly functional core and no prolapse symptoms. I have strength and mobility in my joints. Last year I completed two 36 mile cycling races and I owe it all to RYC®. Are you a human?? Then you need this program!! Your body and soul will reap life changing benefits.”
“I am 50. I love RYC®! It’s fun, accessible, and it works. Staying consistent with your practice is key to success. I have built this in as a life habit so I get it done 4x a week. I highly recommend RYC® for Every Body!”
“I just turned sixty and am a licensed massage therapist and personal trainer with over 25 years of professional experience in the holistic wellness industry. I started doing RYC® in March of 2020 after being referred to the program by a highly respected occupational therapist.
When I started the program I got hooked. What I have learned about my body is priceless. It has provided the missing link to help me address core issues that have inhibited my core strength development for many years. After going through the program I decided to become a certified teacher and now I feel honored to help clients recover and develop core strength with the RYC® Method.”
“When I was first diagnosed with prolapse, I was scared to do just about everything because I didn’t want to make things worse.
Restore Your Core® gave me the permission I needed to move again, the grace to meet my body where it’s at, and tools to support my body holistically. The supportive and helpful community is the cherry on top, and I’m grateful to be a part of it.”
“I had no idea how much I would gain when I started RYC®. I love Lauren’s teaching. I love the guiding principle that if you challenge your body in a way that is doable for where you are at today, you will build strength over time. This has 1000% been true for me and it feels amazing.
My diastasis recti is much smaller and less deep than it was, but more importantly, I feel fit and confident that I can challenge my body in all the right ways.”
“After completing RYC®, I am asymptomatic, have increased mobility, am more relaxed, and I can even go on a walk around our neighborhood with my family (1.25 miles!). RYC® has given me a community of support and an abundance of hope. I know that without a doubt I will continue to use RYC® on a regular basis for my whole life!
Mobility and bodily autonomy are invaluable and I have found such a wealth of information through RYC®.”
“Restore Your Core® gave me the courage to start healing from the inside out. It took me 20 years to find a program that addressed my specific issues. I am 66 years young and have finally found my core. The level of transparency from the staff and members allows a safe place to ask questions without any pressure. This is how we learn to heal.”
“I started Restore Your Core® with a three finger diastasis recti and on and off symptoms of prolapse. Regular yoga classes or the gym seemed to produce injuries and physical therapy felt uninspiring. RYC® was the perfect balance of moving at a therapeutic pace but inspiring me to make progress day after day.
I got stronger with each stage and little by little my diastasis recti closed. Symptoms of prolapse eased as I got stronger and learned better movement patterns. I could not be happier with my results and even moved on to Challenge Your Core before heading back to the gym with strength, confidence and a renewed connection with my body.”

RYC® understands that all movement is connected, and weak movement patterns in other places contribute to core and pelvic floor difficulties too. We work with the whole of you to heal your core.
And then… these things happen too!
“Totally unexpected and amazing bonus of RYC®, I have feeling and GRIP in the toes in my right foot again! They have been numb for about 10 years (Morton’s Neuroma Surgery killing the nerves)…initially I was feeling some discomfort and wondered why my toes were sore…then I realised ‘hey my toes are sore… I can actually feel my toes.”
“Unexpected success: I joined RYC® for some issues relating mostly to my pelvic floor, but in the 5 weeks I have been doing the workouts my singing voice is back!”
“I went for a hike to a waterfall today with my husband and kids and at the end, after the waterfall, I carried my very tired almost 50lb daughter through creeks and over rocks with strength, confidence and joy. I couldn’t have done this when she was born and probably not before that either. Today I’m actually feeling grateful for the diastasis recti that came from my pregnancy because of all the strength it led me to find through Restore Your Core®.”
“My husband and I went treetop trekking today, and *I* was the one who asked to go (never would’ve happened before, even my parents were shocked)! I was so impressed with my body’s strength and endurance. Thanks to RYC®, I have faith and trust in my body. I found my up arrow and used it to stabilize and breathe through my fear. I’m feeling so grateful and am calling this one a huge success.”
“For the first time in 15 years, my knee didn’t hurt when I went down the mountain on my hike! My thighs and legs in general are a lot stronger because of RYC®!”
No more feeling lost, confused and in the dark about your injury and what it takes to heal.
“There is no thank you big enough for Lauren Ohayon existing and thinking and helping so many of us. Every time I do something I never thought I’d do again she is part of the reason why.”
“Lauren Ohayon’s voice in my head telling me: “this is how you feel today, it does not mean you’ll feel like this forever, or even tomorrow.”
“Lauren Ohayon, whenever you say thank you at the end of your videos, I say thank you back, but you can’t hear me. So, Thank you Lauren!!”
“Your work amazes me each day and I am so happy my body can grow old with you by my side Lauren Ohayon.”
“Lauren. Love you. Love your work, Thank you for all you do for us. We’re lucky to have you (and so are my knees!).”
In my years as a movement teacher, I’ve had hundreds of conversations with women who feel like they’re broken, like their body is something that needs to be fixed, or like they’ll never be the same again.
Here’s what I want you to see.
Yes, your body has imprints from everything it’s been through—childbirth, motherhood, decades of life. Yes, some of your limitations might feel permanent. And yes, It’s impossible to turn back the clock.
But it’s not too late to work with your body to find continued healing and freedom.
See, your body is adaptable, resilient, and tenacious. It wants to take you where you want to go. And, with the right stepping stones, I’ve helped hundreds of women nurture their body to a place that makes them feel like they can tackle anything—without fear.
They’re riding horses, and playing jump rope with their kids, and taking kettlebell classes, and running marathons, and lifting weights…with their strong-because-of-history body.
So, if you’re looking for a BRIDGE back into confidence, trust, and the joy of moving freely?
*Personal programming and sessions with an RYC® Coach
RYC® (Restore Your Core) is a comprehensive 12-week program designed to help you heal your core and pelvic floor, regain strength and confidence, and return to the activities you love. The program addresses a wide range of issues by working with your whole body as a system, not just isolated parts. As a form of pelvic floor rehabilitation, RYC® helps restore functional movement patterns that support long-term healing. With over 10,000 success stories since 2015, RYC® has become the proven method for regaining strength and confidence long-term.
RYC® understands that your pelvic floor and core don’t exist in isolation. Unlike programs that focus solely on Kegels or spot-treating symptoms, RYC® works with your entire body as an interconnected system. We help you identify your patterns and blind spots, teach you how to change them, and train your core to respond automatically. This creates lasting change that serves you throughout your day, not just during workouts.
RYC® can help with numerous symptoms including:
Absolutely! Many of our participants have successfully addressed issues that have persisted for 10, 15, or even 20+ years. Your body has an incredible capacity for healing at any age and stage. We’ve seen women in their 60s and 70s reverse prolapse, significantly reduce diastasis recti, and eliminate symptoms they thought were permanent. It’s never too late to restore your core.
We now offer three tracks to meet your specific needs:
Yes! If you start with RYC® Essentials or RYC® Guided and later decide you need more support, you can upgrade to a higher track. Contact our support team, and they’ll help you with the process.
Yes! With the Restore Your Core® Method, women have healed pelvic organ prolapse, diastasis recti, and other postpartum injuries…more than twenty-five years after having their babies!
Everyone’s body is different, and we always encourage you to check with your healthcare provider. However, we can tell you that women with severe prolapse, debilitating back pain, SIJ pain, large diastasis recti gaps, and hernias have found relief and healing with the RYC® method.
Each workout takes approximately 25 minutes, and we recommend doing 4 sessions per week for optimal results. There are also express classes that take 10-15 minutes for days when your time is limited. In total, expect to commit about 1.5-2 hours per week to the program.
Additional movement is healthy, too, and we recommend short daily walks in addition to the workouts.
Every body is unique. We encourage you to listen to your body and approach this program with gentle consistency. Many women have shared that they’ve noticed reduced pain and symptoms in less than two weeks!
We recommend starting with the online program, which provides lifetime access to all materials and everything you need to begin your healing journey.
If, after several weeks, you’re not noticing improvements, the Assessment can help identify blind spots or compensation patterns that may be slowing your progress.

The short answer is no, and it depends on how you define yoga. Do we say namaste, Om, or use Sanskrit names for exercises? No. Do we mention deities? No. Do we discuss the tenets of yoga? No. None of that. Do we use movements found in yoga classes, which are also adopted by 100s of other fitness modalities? Yes. Do we foster mindfulness with slower movements and breath awareness? Yes, and this is not exclusive to yoga. These practices are even taught at the Mayo Clinic, Harvard, and Stanford, as research has shown that they reduce stress. RYC® is not a yoga program, but there are some movements and sequencing that you would find in a yoga class. Lauren is a trained yoga teacher, as well she has also trained in various methods and modalities, including FRC®, Pilates, and more. Also, rather than pushing for flexibility – a common theme in yoga, we angle for strength and mobility. The program focuses on strength elements rather than “go deeper, stretch harder.”
RYC® was designed specifically for people with core and pelvic floor issues, including those with significant symptoms. The program teaches you how to move safely and effectively, with modifications for various conditions. For those with more significant symptoms or concerns, our RYC® Guided track offers additional support through a regressed path featuring standing-only mobility classes, chair-supported exercises, and scaled movements designed for bodies that need more accommodation. This structured approach helps ensure you can participate safely regardless of your starting point. However, we always recommend checking with your healthcare provider before starting any new exercise program, especially if you have concerns about your specific condition.
No special equipment is required. A yoga mat is helpful but not essential. Some exercises use a yoga block, but we provide alternatives using household items. The program is designed to be accessible with minimal equipment.
Yes! Once you purchase RYC®, you’ll have lifetime access to the program and all future updates within your track. This means you can go through the program multiple times, revisit specific videos as needed, and benefit from any improvements or additions we make over time.
All tracks include access to our help center knowledge base and email support. The RYC® Guided track offers priority email support with faster response times. The RYC® Coached track provides direct messaging support from your dedicated RYC® Professional, who can address your specific concerns and provide personalized guidance. We also have an amazing Facebook community where you can have all your questions answered by trained RYC® professionals and thousands of others who have found success through this program. While individual results vary, our participants commonly report:
RYC® differs from many programs by focusing on whole-body patterns and connections rather than isolated exercises. Our approach addresses the root causes of your symptoms, not just the symptoms themselves. Many participants come to us after trying multiple other approaches without success, only to find that RYC® finally gives them the tools they need to heal. The program’s comprehensive nature, focus on education, and emphasis on sustainable movement patterns create lasting change where spot-treatment approaches often fail.
Absolutely. RYC® is particularly effective for people with hypertonic pelvic floors because it teaches you how to release tension, restore coordinated movement, and build balanced strength without creating more gripping patterns. The program incorporates breathing techniques, movement explorations, and nervous system regulation that many clients with hypertonic pelvic floors find transformative in their healing journey.
Many RYC® participants report significant improvement or complete resolution of urinary incontinence symptoms. The program addresses both stress incontinence (leaking with sneezing, coughing, jumping) and urge incontinence by teaching you how to optimize your breathing patterns, improve coordination between your diaphragm and pelvic floor, strengthen key supporting muscles, and release areas of tension that may be contributing to your symptoms.
RYC® and pelvic floor physical therapy can complement each other beautifully. While physical therapy provides personalized assessment and hands-on treatment, RYC® offers comprehensive education and progressive exercises that you can practice consistently at home. Many physical therapists actually recommend RYC® to their clients as an adjunct to their in-person therapy. Some clients find RYC® helps them make faster progress with their physical therapy, while others use RYC® after completing PT to continue their healing journey.
Unlike traditional approaches that focus solely on kegel exercises, RYC® recognizes that the pelvic floor is part of an integrated system. Many people with pelvic floor dysfunction actually have over-tight muscles that need to learn to release and respond reflexively, not just contract. RYC® teaches you how breathing, alignment, movement patterns, and nervous system regulation all contribute to healthy pelvic floor function, creating lasting change beyond what isolated exercises can provide.
RYC® is designed to be adaptable to different bodies and conditions. Many participants with conditions like fibromyalgia, hypermobility, arthritis, and previous injuries have successfully completed the program. The movements can be modified to accommodate your specific needs, and the progressive nature of the program allows you to build strength and function gradually at your own pace. As always, we recommend consulting with your healthcare provider before beginning any new exercise program.
Yes, many participants successfully integrate RYC® with their existing fitness routines. In the early stages, you might find it beneficial to temporarily scale back high-intensity activities that may aggravate symptoms while you learn new movement patterns. As you progress through the program and build functional strength, you’ll gain valuable skills that enhance all your physical activities. Many participants find they can return to their favorite exercises with improved performance and without pain or symptoms.
RYC® is designed to meet you where you are. The RYC® Guided track includes a regressed path with modified exercises that are accessible even to those with significant mobility limitations or severe symptoms. These include chair-supported classes, standing-only mobility classes, and scaled mobility classes that can be adapted to your current abilities. Many participants with severe limitations have found these gentle starting points allowed them to gradually build strength and function.
RYC® is structured in four progressive stages that systematically build on each other over 12 weeks. Each stage includes core-strengthening classes, flow mobility classes, and educational components that teach you about your body and how to optimize its function. As you advance through the stages, the exercises become more challenging, helping you build strength, coordination, and resilience. The program also includes specialized bonus videos that address specific issues like back pain, prolapse, diastasis recti, and more.
The timeline for returning to high-impact activities varies depending on your starting point, consistency with the program, and how your individual body responds. RYC® is designed to build a strong foundation first before progressing to more challenging movements. Many participants find they can gradually reintroduce higher impact activities around stages 3-4 of the program (approximately 8-12 weeks), but only if their symptoms have significantly improved and they’ve developed good core coordination.
Rather than focusing on a specific timeline, we encourage you to listen to your body’s feedback. You’ll learn to recognize when your core is responding appropriately to challenges versus when it’s being overwhelmed. This body awareness becomes your guide for safely progressing. Some participants return to modified versions of their favorite activities within a few months, while others take longer—especially if they’re healing from significant prolapse or diastasis recti. The goal isn’t just to get back to these activities quickly, but to return to them with better form, function, and confidence so you can enjoy them sustainably for years to come.
Many participants go through the program multiple times, gaining new insights with each round. Others move on to join RYC® FIT to continue building strength and mobility with core and pelvic floor informed exercise. The skills and awareness you develop in RYC® will benefit you for life, regardless of what exercise you choose to do afterward.
Absolutely! While our primary audience is women, the core principles of the program work for all bodies. Men with pelvic floor issues, including hypertonic pelvic floor, chronic pelvic pain syndrome (CPPS), and core instability, have successfully used RYC® to address their symptoms and improve function.
Yes! We offer exclusive discounts for active-duty service members, veterans and their spouses in the US. Please contact us at [email protected] for more details.

We recommend Guided for most people because it provides the optimal balance of structure and flexibility. Even experienced movers are loving Guided for the variety and accountability, while others appreciate the additional options when they need to modify workouts. The essence of the program is identical – it’s just about how you prefer to experience the journey and what level of support feels right for you.
