What is RYC® FIT and how does it work?

RYC® FIT is an online fitness studio led by Lauren Ohayon, founder of the Restore Your Core® Method. It features over 500 on-demand classes – including strength, cardio, mobility, flow, and restorative movement. Classes in the online study are designed to help you move consistently, safely, and intelligently. 

You can choose to follow a guided path or choose your workout based on how you feel each day – no pressure, just progress. Every class is core-aware and pelvic floor-friendly, making RYC® FIT ideal for those navigating injury, chronic tension, or underlying issues. It’s fitness designed to meet you where you are and help build strength with confidence.

Who is RYC® FIT for?

Is RYC® FIT a rehab program?

RYC® FIT is not a rehab program – it’s a fitness studio for building strength, mobility, and confidence after you’ve addressed core or pelvic floor dysfunction. If you’re currently experiencing symptoms such as prolapse, leaking, diastasis recti, or pain, we recommend starting with the RYC® 12-Week Program. It’s Lauren Ohayon’s proven method for resolving those symptoms and preparing your body for lifelong, joyful movement. Once you’ve built a foundation of healing, RYC® FIT is the perfect next step.

What kind of support will I get as an RYC® FIT member?
